The Electoral Commission has urged voters who have not yet received their voting document for the 30 May general election to collect it personally from their local police station or Local Council Office over the coming days.

In a statement, the Electoral Commission said persons whose name appears in the Electoral Register published on 1 May 2026, subject to additions, deletions and corrections ordered by the revising officer, may collect their voting document upon presentation of their Identity Card.

Voting documents may be collected from Tuesday 19 May between 3pm and 9pm, from Wednesday 20 May to Friday 22 May between 8am and 1pm and again between 3pm and 9pm, on Saturday 23 May between 8am and 10pm, and on Sunday 24 May between 8am and noon.

The Commission said that in St Paul's Bay, voting documents are to be collected from the Qawra Police Station.

Meanwhile, voters residing in Attard, Balzan, Cospicua, Dingli, Fontana, Għargħur, Għarb, Għasri, Għaxaq, Gudja, Gżira, Ħamrun, Senglea, Iklin, Kalkara, Kerċem, Kirkop, Lija, Marsa, Marsaskala, Mdina, Mġarr, Msida, Pietà, Pembroke, Safi, San Lawrenz, Santa Luċija, Siġġiewi, Ta' Xbiex, Xagħra and Xgħajra are to collect their voting documents from their respective Local Council offices during the same opening hours.

The Electoral Commission said that all applicants must present their Identity Card, adding that no other identification document will be accepted.

It also reminded voters that nobody will be allowed to vote without their voting document.
