Marsovin has completed its first shipment of wines to the United States, marking a significant milestone for Malta's oldest family-owned winery.

Selected labels from the Marsovin collection, including Grand Maître and Antonin, have arrived in New York through local distribution partner, including Maltese wines to a wider American audience, a statement said.

Produced in Malta from both indigenous and international grape varieties, these wines reflect a winemaking tradition that has formed part of the Islands' cultural landscape for over a century, the statement said.

Founded in 1919, Marsovin said it has remained committed to the careful stewardship of Maltese wine, working closely with local growers and vineyards across the Islands.

Over the years, the winery has sought to preserve and develop Malta's viticultural heritage while embracing modern practices that enhance quality and respect the character of the fruit, it said.

"The arrival of these wines in the United States offers an opportunity for a wider audience to discover a wine-producing region whose history spans millennia. The statement said that while modest in scale, Maltese viticulture is rich in tradition and diversity, and Marsovin's portfolio reflects this heritage through a range of wines that seek to express both the individuality of the Islands and the craftsmanship that has defined the winery for generations.

This first shipment to the United States represented a natural extension of Marsovin's longstanding efforts to share the wines and culture of Malta beyond its shores, while remaining faithful to the values that have guided the winery since its foundation.
