Two German passengers were taken to hospital early on Monday morning after the cab they were travelling in crashed in Fgura, Times of Malta reported.
Police said the accident happened at around 4.15am on Żabbar Road, when a 58-year-old cab driver from Birkirkara lost control of an MG at a roundabout and crashed into the parapet of a residence.
The passengers, a 19-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman, were taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
Their condition was not immediately known.
Police investigations are ongoing.
