A man fell from a height of around five metres while carrying out works at a newly built residential building in Triq il-Marfa, Mellieħa, on Tuesday afternoon.
The police said they were informed of the incident at around 2pm, with an ambulance and Civil Protection personnel called to the scene.
The man was assisted at the site and, according to initial information, does not appear to have suffered serious injuries.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
