Kdm. Group has announced the acquisition of Crowd Safety Management Ltd, a licensed security company operating in Malta, as part of the Group's continued long-term growth and diversification strategy.

The acquisition further strengthens kdm. Group's expanding security vertical by complementing its existing and established Securital operations with specialised capabilities in niche security segments, including VIP protection, high-value security services, B2B events, and tailored security solutions. The move reflects the Group's strategic focus on continuing to invest in specialised and high-potential service areas that reinforce operational excellence and long-term market positioning. The acquisition also responds to increasing demand for specialised and high-end security solutions across corporate, events, infrastructure, and private sectors.

Over recent years, kdm. Group has continued to strengthen and diversify its footprint across multiple sectors, establishing itself as one of Malta's fastest-growing corporate groups.
