The Círculo Cultural Hispano Maltés will again be organising Winter Courses in Spanish for beginners.

Courses held in the evening include those for adult, beginners (first year), ‘O’ level (second and third year), as well as Matsec ‘A’ level, Spanish conversation, culture and literature. This year three new courses will be introduced: Spanish for tourist guides, Spanish for salespersons and post advanced level Spanish. Teachers are all fully qualified graduates will lots of experience in this field. Courses are held in comfortable, state-of-the-art premises centrally situated in Valletta. Students are encouraged to make use of the library.

Lessons are available every day, from Monday to Friday, with the student attending only once a week, on the day of his/her choice. Time of lessons is 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Morning courses are also available. Price varies depending on the course chosen. Years 1, 2 and 3 courses cost Lm75 for a full scholastic year, inclusive of tuition, membership and books. Monthly conversation sessions are offered free of charge.

During the coming scholastic year the Spanish Language Learning Scheme, called Es Espanol, designed by the Instituto Cervantes – The official institution behind Spanish language learning worldwide – will be used. Bookings will be taken between 12 and 16 September from 5pm to 7.30pm, and on Saturday 17 September from 10am to 12.30pm at 18A/5, Level 2, Mikiel Anton Vassalli Street, Valletta.(near Osborne Hotel).
