The Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort recently opened the Reflex Total Fitness Centre, a newly refurbished and fully equipped gym situated at the resort.

Following an extensive refurbishment program, the gym is now double its original size and is equipped with a more extensive range of brand new machines. Offering a variety of gym memberships and facilities such as sauna, Jacuzzi and heated indoor pool, it is the ideal place for fitness and weight training programmes.

Under new management, qualified instructors will offer advice as well as professional information and treatment. At Reflex Total Fitness Centre, clients can work out as they enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Parking is easily available in the hotel grounds. Reflex is open from 6am to 10pm during the week to allow for the flexibility to work-out before or after work. At weekends, Reflex is open from 7am to 8pm.
