NET TV’s line up for Christmas Day includes its own version of the popular story A Christmas Carol, with the lovable Griz in the main role of Scrooge.

The special TV drama has been written by Toni tal-Vann and his colleague Mister Honey and stars some of the most popular characters in the Mini Bugz series. They will be joined by some new child actors.

The story takes off on Christmas Eve when Griz is in bed. Unable to sleep, the fairy tells him the tale of A Christmas Carol. His imagination runs away with him and soon Griz is lost in a fantasy world of his own making, where he ends up being none other than Ebeneezer Scrooge.

This special Christmas episode is just the first of a number of special programmes that will be filmed throughout the year, each starring the loveable Mini Bugz characters playing roles from popular fairy tales and stories.
