An activity was recently organised at Hola Beach for all the contestants of Miss World Malta by Babyliss Paris. The young women modelled swimwear courtesy of Luna by J. Piccinino.

Contestants for the “Beach Babe” title were present; this title was introduced by Miss World Ltd last year during the Miss World activities where it was won by Miss Venezuela.

This event was just an introduction before the final night on 30 June when all the models will be once again introduced to the general public and the winner will be announced.

The finalists for this year’s Beach Babe were Elizabeth Gearty, Nina Ivanova, Katrina Pavia, Stephanie Zammit and Emma Spiteri. The winner was Katrina Pavia who has now been automatically chosen as one of the finalists for the final night.

All contestants will be going through a personality test in the coming days by a number of different judges who will finally make their choice.
