Having ventured overseas and achieved overwhelming success with the highly acclaimed Riccardo Muti concert held at the Teatro Bellini in Catania last March, Renaissance Productions Ltd have further extended their entrepreneurial skills in Sicily with the highly successful Lovers on Ice show held recently in Catania.

Lovers on Ice is a breath-taking ice-skating gala spectacular aimed to transmit passion through the association of music and artistic skating. This gala night featured some well known ice-skaters.

The event, which was held at the Palaghiaccio Citta ice-rink in Catania was presented by Alessandro de Leonardis and Denny Mendez. This magical night on ice also featured a number of international singers including local trio Trilogy.

The producers worked in collaboration with RPL for the setting up of this event which will be screened on Italian TV La 7 and on Sky TV this month.

Amabile Zammit, RPL director, said that: “This ice spectacular in Sicily was another first for the company setting the pace for future events of international calibre.”
