Eleanor Cassar is currently in Tenerife, the Canary Islands, to participate in the Universong International Music Festival, which ends tonight.

For this festival, Eleanor has released a new single called The Reason, which is composed by Paul Giordimaina with lyrics by Fleur Balzan. The song will be released as a video later on this summer.

Priscilla Psaila will also be representing Malta at the festival, with the song Moments, penned by Joe Chircop and composed by John David Zammit.

The festival has been spread over three days, with singers being judged for both their voice and the song by an international jury. Singers from all over the world are participating and more details are available from www.universong.com
