In observance of three days of national mourning from 19 to 21 May, to express deep condolence to victims of the earthquakes that hit Wenchuan County of Sichuan, China, a book of condolences will be opened in Chinese Embassy at Karmnu Court, Lapsi Street, St Julian’s, STJ09 from 10am to 12pm today and tomorrow. The Chinese national flag will be flown at half mast at the time.
