The Infrastructure, Transport and Communications ministry said that contrary to what has been reported in a section of the media (not The Malta Independent) it does not have the investigation report of the Bureau of Air Accident Investigation into the near miss in April last year.

According to the media article the ministry has had the report for days.

The ministry said this was totally incorrect, it was not true that the minister, or ministry, has been given the report.
