The 30 finalists of Miss World Malta 2009 will be competing for the title this evening at the Montekristo estates. The winner will represent Malta in the Miss World contest later on this year, in South Africa.

Sterling Jewellers once again are the main sponsors of the prestigious handmade filigree crown and mace.

All contestants will wear Luna swimwear by J. Piccinino and an evening gown of their own choice.

Hairstyles will be in the hands of Avandgarde, Privè, the Gallery hair studio, Maf hairdressing, d salon and Hairoscope. Make-up will be applied by Shasha using Golden Rose.

During the event, various shows will be presented by Buska fashion outlet, Perfections, All Styles and Koko.

Miss World Malta will be transmitted live on Favourite channel at 9pm.
