Man To be arraigned in court over Star’s case

A man is expected to be arraigned in court in the coming days over acts of cruelty to Star, the dog found bound, shot and buried alive near Għar Ħasan last month.
Star succumbed to injuries after having survived the ordeal earlier this month.
