Labour Party activities to mark May Day will start on 28 April with a national seminar on education, open to teachers, students and parents. It will be held in the Aula Magna of the old university in Valletta.

The party will hold various activities in St George Square, Valletta, on the day itself, including singing, music, dancing, discussions, children’s activities, street theatre and others.

Another activity will promote blood donating, and raising money in aid of Puttinu Cares.

The traditional display for Workers’ Day will be held along Republic Street up to St George Square, where party leader Joseph Muscat will address those present.
