Veteran journalist Reno Bugeja has been appointed acting head of news at PBS.

Contacted by The Malta Independent online, Mr Bugeja confirmed that he is currently acting head of news.

Mr Bugeja is a long-serving journalist with the national broadcasting station. He is also the producer and presenter of PBS homegrown discussion programme Dissett.
