Court proceedings against former judge Ray Pace who died on 6 May were officially extinguished today when his death certificate was presented in court.

Judge Pace was accused of bribery in December and resigned from the bench soon afterwards.

He was charged with having influenced another judge for a jail term of a convicted drug trafficker to be increased.
