Justice, Culture and Local Government Minister Owen Bonnici today launched a programme of activities comprising visual arts, music and dance to be held at Pjazza Teatru Rjal between this month and June.

Addressing a news conference at the theatre itself, he announced that the stage of the theatre will play host to a number of activities this spring.

He said that the government’s aim was for the public in general to enjoy the cultural experience and not just for a few to enjoy.

Present during the launch was Charles Gatt, the chairman of PTR, the general manager of PTR Jason Masini, the chairman of the Council of Arts and Culture, Albert Marshal, and the Valletta 2018 chairman Jason Micallef.
