The interests of the Maltese and Gozitan people come first, above any personal interest of any single member, the PN argued.
“We are the only voice of the Maltese and Gozitan people challenging the Prime Minister, who is doing everything but being transparent”.
The Maltese Parliament is democratic and the PN will continue to emphasise the need for certain documents not published by the government be made public, they said. “Parliament represents the interest of the people and this is why we have the right for this information to be made public. We need this information before a debate is called on a law regarding a sector as important as Enemalta”.
“The PN is ready to discuss various proposed laws in Parliament, including that of Enemalta, even if Parliament must continue through August”, the PN said.
