A shelter at Triq Lapsi, St Julians was inaugurated yesterday evening, an initiative initially put forward by counsellor John Agius.  Parliamentary Secretary for Development and Simplification of Administrative Procedures Michael Falzon lauded Mr Agius as well as St Julian’s local council, for coming up and developing such initiatives, adding that the government is willing to assist local councils in similar projects.

Parliamentary Secretary for local government Stefan Bontempo also attended the launch.
