The Valletta local council this morning expressed concern about the attitude of a number of minors frequenting the capital city.

According to reports the council is receiving, minors are consuming alcohol, committing vandalism and risking their lives on the bastions.

The council have also taken matters to the police, and discussions to address the situation are ongoing, to ‘avoid a tragedy,’ the council said on Facebook.

Parents of adolescents are being urged to shoulder responsibility and to cooperate.
