The magnificent and imposing Villa Trafalgar on Ta Xbiex terrace will be the venue of an auction to sell the entire collection of antiques and collector's belonging to the late Mrs Isolde Wilhelms, a regular auction attendee since her arrival in Malta in early 1980. Contemporary Maltese works of art, old masters are present, accompanied by some Maltese, but mainly European furniture.

As a former owner of racing horses and thoroughbreds, the equine theme in bronzes and paintings is ever present. Viewing starts Friday 4 September through the weekend, while the three-day auction commences on 9 September.
