An earthquake simulation exercise was held in the Gozo area known as Kortin today.

The Armed Forces, Police and the Civil Protection Department of Malta teamed up with the Civil Protection unit from Sicily.

President Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca who visited the exercise urged attention be given to adequate communication with people with disability such as the use of sign language.
