With Halloween only days away, drivers travelling through Msida this morning could not help wonder whether there is any connection when they saw this car on the road.

The Malta Independent photographer Michael Camilleri captured this vehicle, whose number plate and lights were covered.

It is illegal in Malta to have a car on the road without its number plate showing.
