A 50-year-old Italian man was grievously injured yesterday after he lost control of his motorcycle in St Julian’s.

The accident took place at around 10:45pm in Triq Mikiel Anton Vassalli.

He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance where he was certified to be suffering from grievous injuries.

The police are investigating.
