Partit Demokratiku this evening condemned the government’s lack of recognition to international investigative articles on the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.

But although it does not agree with the government’s behaviour, the PD MPs did not walk out of the House of Representatives and did not abandon its duty towards the people.

The PD noted that the government bulldozed through a law to set up the Social Standards Authority, and it was only the PD who criticised the law by remaining in Parliament.
