Self-employed and full-time farmers, animal breeders and fisherman, who are full members of a cooperative, can apply for this refund from Monday to Friday next week at the extension service offices in Mosta, Rabat, Siggiewi and Zabbar in Malta and the central offices in Rabat, Gozo.

Applications for refunds must be accompanied by documentary evidence that the social security contributions were, in fact, paid.

The Ministry will also be accepting applications for refunds for the same period in 2002 for the benefit of those who had not applied for that year. Those who applied for the refund in previous years and are entitled to the refund for 2003 have been asked to re-apply.
