The students made a pretty picture as they listened attentively to the soothing voice of the president reading one of the stories found in Father Giuseppe Delia’s collection of legends.
Edward Mercieca, Hector Bruno, Immanuel Mifsud, Lesley Vassallo and Evarist Bartolo also took part in this activity to bring literature closer to children.
The children, eight and nine-year-olds from five different schools, were given a free book, sponsored by Sapienza book shop.
