Malta parliamentary delegation to the Council of Europe leader Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando, Robert Arrigo and Joe Debono Grech are all currently in Strasbourg debating several issues, such as future social security in Europe, the persecution of the press in Belarus and the situation of European prisons and pre-trial detention centres.

Representatives from Morocco, Monaco, the Netherlands, Croatia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan will be addressing the assembly.
