Maestro Joseph Vella conducted works by Caldara, Donaudy, Tosti and Rossini and his own compositions. Mr Mario Tabone-Vassallo and Prof. Henry Frendo delivered excellent talks. The hundred or so guests then went out on the church parvis to discuss the evening and enjoy a reception.
