The speaker is Junior Chamber International president Fernando Sanchez-Arias and in his talk he will draw on his personal experiences and research since 1998. He is an inspiring teacher with experience in more than 50 countries and with people from more than 80 nations and he will identify the competences and roles that must be developed and mastered by young leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs in order to be successful.

A learning facilitator, executive coach and speaker, Fernando specialises in psychology and education applied to business. He leads a business-oriented weekly television segment and contributes regularly to various newspapers and specialised management magazines. He was one of the youngest members of the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in his state. As a member of the Venezuelan-American Chamber of Commerce, he held the office of vice president of the Industry Education Foundation.
