Martin Spiteri, 24, from Zejtun, and a 17-year-old youth, who cannot be identified, by court order, were charged with assaulting three people. The teenager was charged with holding someone against his will during the fight that took place on 20 September 2003.
Police inspector Anthony Cassar prosecuted while Dr Franco Debono appeared for the defendants.
