The card, with an overprinted stamp of 51c, is being sold for 60c including VAT, and will go on sale tomorrow at all branch post offices and the Maltapost mobile unit. The 51c stamp is from the original set commemorating the 25th anniversary of Malta’s independence, issued in 1989 and designed by Frank Portelli.
