Cecilia Mary Magro, 43, who is married to a Maltese and lives in Cospicua, drove the cars without a licence or insurance. At a recent sitting, the accused filed a guilty plea. The court took the accused’s severe alcohol problems into consideration. The fine she was ordered to pay can be paid in Lm20 monthly instalments and each Lm5 not paid can be converted into an extra day in prison. Ms Magro’s driving licence was also revoked for a year.
