In a judicial protest filed yesterday, the complainant said Retail Solutions rented part of the complex and named it Luxe Pavilion. Among other things, this shop will sell the same merchandise as Pavilion Jewellers, that is, jewellery, watches, pearls and silverware.

Pavilion Jewellers claimed that the company is suffering as a result of this. It said Retail Solutions did this in bad faith to trick consumers and have a financial advantage at the expense of Pavilion Jewellers.

The complainant demanded that Retail Solutions stops using the name “Pavilion” and is holding the company responsible for any damages it suffers as a result of its name being used.
