The sitting, during which 10 other commissioners will be sworn in, will be held at the Court of Justice at 12 noon
Apart from Dr Borg, the other commissioners to be sworn in are all from new EU member states, with the exception of Jacques Barrot, who is the new French Commissioner following the resignation of Michel Barnier.
