Replying to a parliamentary question, Justice Minister Tonio Borg said that during the past five years, 31 people were murdered, 82 people died as a result of a traffic accident, 103 people committed suicide and 101 people died as a result of other fatal accidents.
Dr Borg was replying to a number of question put by Labour MP Adrian Vassallo.
