Joseph Bondin, 21, from Cospicua, was accused of stealing a Lm100 Kenwood stereo and a Lm65 set of Pioneer speakers from Cospicua on 12 May 2002, to the detriment of Redent Cassar. The man was also charged with relapsing in view of previous convictions.

A 17-year-old young man was charged with handling stolen goods in Fgura sometime in May 2002. Both men denied the charges pressed against them. Inspector Morgan Azzopardi prosecuted while Dr Edward Zammit Lewis appeared for the accused.
