Man Admits drug trafficking

Victor Alan Benner, 24, from Tarxien was accused of trafficking various drugs on 26 June and over the last three years. He admitted the charge and is due to be sentenced in the next few weeks. In the meantime, Benner was remanded in custody. The court was presided over by magistrate Michael Mallia. Inspector Dennis Theuma prosecuted while Dr Kris Busietta and Dr Jason Azzopardi appeared for the accused.
