Silvio Camilleri, 20, pleaded not guilty to stealing a bank card and fraudulently using the card to withdraw Lm100 on 18 May to the detriment of Carmel Camilleri.
He was also accused of relapsing. Magistrate Antonio Mizzi presided over the hearing. Police inspector Daniel Zammit prosecuted while Dr Jason Azzopardi appeared for defence.
