Dr Dora Desantis, who is responsible for the production analysis and quality section at Agridesantic, in Puglia, Italy, has been invited by the National Office for Vitiviniculture and Oleiculture to explain the principles of producing quality olive oil to Maltese olive growers and producers.
She will be illustrating the general principles of professional olive oil tasting and discussing the beneficial health aspects of the oil.
