Ms Farrugia, from Zurrieq, is being charged with possessing and trafficking ecstasy on 6 June. Presiding magistrate Saviour Demicoli ruled that the court had enough evidence for a bill of indictment to be drawn up against the accused. Inspector Pierre Grech prosecuted while Dr Franco Debono appeared for Ms Farrugia.
