Noel Abela, 35 from Kirkop, was accused of stealing three washing machines on 6 July to the detriment of Mizzi Ltd, handling stolen goods and relapsing in view of previous convictions.
Magistrate Lawrence Quintano granted the accused bail against a Lm300 personal guarantee. Inspector Carmelo Bartolo prosecuted while Dr Lyn Zahra appeared for Abela.
