The UHM said directors and assistant directors were on permanent three- and five-year contracts respectively. One of the conditions, said the UHM, was entitlement to annual performance bonuses.
The UHM said that while some employees had been given their bonus, a number had not even received a reply about owed bonuses for 2003. The union said that what is owed to employees should be given to them on time and appealed to the OPM not to allow the situation to repeat itself.
