During the meeting the Council will discuss the following:

As regards fisheries:

1. Development of a Community Action Plan for the Management of European Eel (Anguilla anguilla) – doc. 13219/03 PECHE 229;

2. Integrated framework for fisheries partnership agreements with third countries – doc. 15243/02 PECHE 224;

3. Proposal for a Council Regulation on structural measures in the fisheries sector for the period 2007 to 2013 (LA);

4. Proposal of a Council Decision on EC accession to the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC);

5. Implementation of the Action Plan on FLEGT (Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade).

As regards agriculture:

1. Veterinary agreement between EC and the Russian Federation;

2. Proposal for a Council Decision concerning authorisation of genetically modified maize products (NK 603);

3. Proposal of a Council Decision on EC accession to the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC);

4. Implementation of the Action Plan on FLEGT (Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade).
