The accused, 42, and 26, were accused of forging MITTS payslips or invoices on 17 August in St Paul’s Bay, Mosta and Blata l-Bajda.
They were also accused of knowingly making use of forged payslips.
The court, presided over by Magistrate Miriam Hayman, set bail against a personal guarantee of Lm1,000.
