More Illegal immigrants arrive in Malta

In a statement, the police said that at about 4.30pm they had been informed that illegal immigrants were close to the shore in Zurrieq on board a 20-foot vessel.
When the police arrived at the scene they found that all 26 men had already reached land. The nationality of the illegal immigrants is still unknown and the incident is being investigated by the police.
