Smash Communications had asked the court to stop the Broadcasting Authority from hearing a complaint made against the television station regarding the 1 April episode of Minibus.
The court ruled that insufficient prima facie evidence had been presented for the junction to be issued. The authority will therefore continue hearing the case against Smash TV.
