Bello Sadiq Michael, aged 38, used a passport last Tuesday that had been issued to another person.
He also knowingly used a forged document and gave the Principal Immigration Officer false information.
Inspector Denise Mula prosecuted while magistrate Lawrence Quintano presided over the court.
